Shadowbox Framing Class with Jenelle
About This Class
Do you have precious heirlooms to frame and preserve? Have you ever wanted to make a shadowbox arrangement from found objects? Join Jenelle for a fun and creative class that goes beyond the basics! During the course, students can bring small items or choose a few from our curated collection, and then are taught to make them into a beautiful shadowbox presentation. Students will go home with 2 completed projects.

feathers•small rocks•earrings or small jewelry items•small bones•buttons•letters•small books•photographs•twigs•dried leaves and flowers•coins•postcards•stamps•plaques• medals•matchbooks•small textile objects...basically anything that's small enough for what we can frame during class! We also have private instruction times available for more complex projects.
About the instructor:Jenelle Giordano has been picture framing since 1999, where she worked at a DIY shop while getting her BFA at PNCA. She then worked for several years in a custom shop and is the Art Framing Guild Leader at Past Lives, and an accomplished Set Decorator. Check out @jeglives for more!

Cancel up to 7 days before the first session for a full refund. Within 7 days, we can usually transfer your spot to a future class or to someone on the waitlist.

What if I've never done this before?
Most of our classes are designed for beginners and welcome curious newcomers. Check the Prerequisites section above for any required experience.
